Service Description

I am a relationally trained therapist, meaning I wholeheartedly believe issues are not just a "you" problem but rather an issue with the relationships you are a part of, regardless if it is an intimate one, a family system, a friend, social group, work setting, etc...Specifically for couples, I prefer a specific form of therapy that uses an emotionally-focused lens to help them explore their attachment wounds, identify their negative cycle that contributes to their struggles, and tap into the deeper core emotions to strengthen the relationship.
